Can you believe January is coming to a close in just five short days?! I know, I can’t believe it either. We are off to a quick start this year and it feels great. Many people use January as a time to set goals and look forward with hope to the year ahead. At Chic Misfits, we’ve been discussing how to get organized for the new year, inspire various moods using color psychology for the home, and decorate on a budget using additional resources. As you can see, I’ve been on a “improve the home/improve the self” kick, simply because I believe they go hand in hand. That’s why I want to close January with a free motivational quote printable – a little motivation and decoration. Yes, I rhyme for a reason:-)

January can be overwhelming as we begin to implement the plans involved in accomplishing our goals. Or as I like to say, get our butts in gear. Well I like to remind myself that I have the power to create my own destiny. Each day I wake up is another opportunity to create new moments of happiness and prepare for the future. After working a full-time job outside of my desired realm of creativity, I also get to come home and create for you all, which feeds my soul in so many ways.

I must admit, I often miss opportunities to revel in creation while on my 9-5, through various campaigns or projects implemented. This is a challenge I face each day. However, God has given me some great tools and talent to use my creative skills, whether they be mental or physical, and therefore I have designed this printable to provide myself with a little motivation. So as you can see, this motivational quote printable is intended to be as much a motivational pick me up for you as it is for me.
